A 4,000 sf commercial tenant finish including men’s and women’s locker rooms, lobby, a heated Yoga studio. Special accommodations were made considered to ensure heat and humidity requirements of the 1,500 sf yoga studio. Completed 2016.

The commercial tenant project, completed in 2016, spans 4,000 square feet, thoughtfully designed to cater to wellness and physical fitness needs. The project features amenities designed to enhance the wellness experience, including well-appointed locker rooms for men and women, a welcoming lobby for relaxation and social interaction, and a technologically advanced heated Yoga studio tailored to provide the perfect environment for yoga practices. Special efforts were made to meet specific environmental needs, such as optimal heat and humidity, essential for the best yoga experience.
