Bald Mountain Road

The remodel included interior and exterior work on both sides of a duplex built in the 1970’s. The building was analyzed for energy efficiency and many improvements were sensitive to these factors.  New shed dormers and entry roof, master bathroom remodel, new windows, rigid insulation at the envelope, mechanical improvements including new boilers, crawl space insulation, solar panels, new siding and stone and a new standing seam roof have all turned this dated home into a contemporary treasure.
